Committee Message 

Hello everyone, 

Receipts were dropped to all households who paid the maintenance fee up to last Monday. If you have paid since Monday, please let us know by email what day and was it by bank transfer or Revolut.

We’d like to thank those residents who have contacted us since our previous message, who have said they will pay after Christmas and we really appreciate it, as it edges us closer to the overall number who paid last year. If you still intend on paying the maintenance fee, then again please let us know and we can arrange details with you.

1) Dimitar will be working on the front entrance in the new year

2) The committee are actively in talks around the defibrillator mentioned previously

3) The pothole outside of the estate has been rectified after contact with the council 

Again, a big thank you to the majority of residents who have already paid the fee, your support makes a huge difference and shows that we all want what's best for the estate going forward.
