Committee Message 

A huge thank you to everyone who has already paid their residents’ fee. We really appreciate the kindness that we have received and appreciation for the great work being completed in our estate.

If you haven’t paid yet, please reach out—we’re here to help with any queries.

We haven’t been able to match up 3 payments so please let us know if you think you didn’t include a ref on your bank transfer. Please let us know the date of payment so our treasurer can verify payment.

Please note:

• We will now use this as our forum for sharing residents association information for future.

• As a voluntary committee, we don’t meet every week, but we do our best to respond to any issues as quickly as we can.

• A reminder that we expect all interactions to remain respectful. Abusive or defamatory comments about our voluntary committee will not be accepted. We have set rules and procedures for the running of the association and these cannot be changed per individual.

• All correspondence is welcome to our email (cluainlarachresidents@gmail.com) instead of committee personal Facebook pages.

We’re still making a final push to get the maintenance fee across the line and we really want to see our estate looking great for another year.
